What do you charge?
All our prices and services are on our Services page here. Our prices start at $20 and range up to $165. We also sell a range of makeup, lashes, brow and tanning products here.
Why is it important to hire a makeup artist for my wedding or special occasion?
We are trained professionals who are very passionate about making you feel comfortable and beautiful. Let us take the stress out of your day/night and handle the beauty for you.
I am not sure what makeup look I want on my special day, can you help?
We sure can! We love working with you to choose the most suited look to enhance your beauty.
Do you offer bridal trials? If so, what is the process?
We do recommend bridal trials for all brides. This takes away any stress on the big day and helps us get to know one another for a more comfortable experience for you. To book a bridal message the friendly team and we will organise an appointment.
How long will the makeup last and what brands do you use?
The makeup will last all day/night. We use long wearing products and will work with every individual skin type to ensure longevity. We use a mix of brands and extensively test all products before they make their way into our professional makeup kits.
Why are false eyelashes necessary and can I opt-out?
We recommend false lashes to finish the makeup look. They work great in enhancing your eyes and the makeup. We can offer natural individual lashes and build them up to be as dramatic as desired. If you are wanting the full glam experience, we have a large collection of lashes to choose from. If you are wanting to keep it very natural – yes of course you can opt for no lashes.
Can I hire you for partial makeup?
We currently are not available for partial makeup services.
How far in advance should I book a makeup artist?
We recommend booking as soon as you can. Bookings are very limited and peak season books out up to 12 months in advanced.
Do you travel to me and to the wedding? If so, what do you charge for travel?
We love to travel to you. We travel for a minimum of 4 and offer free travel in Launceston. Travel outside of Launceston is charged at $100 per hour both ways.
How should I prepare for my makeup appointment?
We ask if you can come to your makeup appointment with a clean skin and no eye makeup. If you are wanting recommendations for prepping skin for an event/wedding, please get in contact with the team and we can offer recommendations.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, we are a small business and are fully booked majority of the time– If you cancel within 48 Hours of the appointment you will be charged 50% appointment value. If you cancel within 24 Hours you will be charged 100% appointment value.
Brides – If the wedding is cancelled within 2 weeks you will be charged 50% off total invoice.
We understand there are exceptions and will treat each case individually.
